Inspections of delivered materials are performed to ensure proper and accurate storing of materials. 

The ISM entrance station in connection with the Timeline internal (company) system automatically check, compare and rank the arriving materials to appropriate storage places and assign unique IDs to all discs, which makes it easy to find the supplied components. 

It can also prevent storing of wrongly delivered or expired materials.

The machine automatically reads the unique ID of a disk and in connection with the internal Timeline system modifies the actual warehouse data to ensure that there is always enough material for further orders. 

It is also possible to inspect the arriving materials to check the supplied amounts. 

The speed of 2.5s per disk makes fast inspections possible. 

MP Dry Cabinet IV LT

A drying cabinet for PCB and MSD components. 

Drying at temperatures of up to 40 °C is possible.

The ability to keep relative humidity under 0.5% RH.

The software makes it possible to remotely monitor the state and humidity inside the cabinet in real time or to perform logging. 

At the same time, if humidity exceeds the determined value, the cabinet starts an alarm so that operators can take measures to prevent dampening of the stored goods.

Complies with ESD regulations and with the IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C and IPC-1601 standards.

A stripping machine for SMD materials.

The material supplied in rods or otherwise difficult to use in mass production, and materials lost by mounting machines return to the strip for SMD discs.

In this way, it is possible to increase the speed of SMD assembling, and at the same time, reduce the raw material costs. 

The pre-stripping camera checks the type and orientation of the component in order to prevent human-related errors.
