In June 2020, our company bought a new automatic coating machine Asymtek SL 940 produced by the Nordson company. The machine is very flexible; we can coat boards sized 500x400mm with components of up to 100mm in height. Precise jets with laser control of rays ensure even and accurate application of PCB varnish. This enables us to satisfy all customers’ requirements and guarantee very high accuracy.
Due to the need of higher capacity, the company extended its existing coating workshop while modernizing it; as a result of that, ILV obtained an area of 30 sq m for drying of coated PCBs.
