We have commissioned a new SMT Thermal Discoveries oven on our second SMT line. This step strengthens our manufacturing technology base and contributes to the stability of the soldering process in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly.
For PCBs, a properly defined temperature profile is critical. It directly affects the quality of solder joints, process repeatability, and the overall consistency of production across batches.
The new oven provides greater control over the soldering process, more precise thermal regulation, and a more stable assembly workflow. The result is consistent quality, which is essential for projects requiring high reliability and long-term stability.
