Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and other applicable legislation. The scope of processing depends on the agreed or required services.
Scope of Processing
We process personal data necessary for fulfilling legal obligations, particularly:
- Identification and address data (name, company ID, VAT number, registered office or business premises)
- Contact details (address, phone number, email)
- Other data such as bank details, delivery address
- Data necessary for fulfilling the business relationship (e.g. information about orders, payments, invoices)
- Security data – CCTV system records

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Sources of Personal Data
We collect personal data directly from business partners, publicly available sources, visits to our premises, or trade fairs and exhibitions.
Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, in line with best practices and risk assessment.
We protect data against accidental loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure. Access to your data is restricted to authorized persons who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data is processed manually in paper and electronic form or automatically by IT systems under strict security rules.
Retention Period
Personal data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond, as required by law, typically:
- 5 years from the termination of the contract
- 10 years for accounting and tax purposes
- 0.5–1 year for marketing or during the customer relationship
- 10 years for order and invoice records
- 5 working days for CCTV footage
In the case of consent, we retain data for up to 10 years or until the consent is withdrawn.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the following rights under the GDPR (subject to legal limitations):
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectification, restriction, or erasure

- Right to withdraw consent at any time
