ILV completes implementation of PCB laser marking system (INSIGNUM 4000 | ASYS)
ILV’s production team has successfully completed the implementation of the INSIGNUM 4000 laser marking system from ASYS. This milestone gives us full control over PCB laser marking technology on a best-in-class platform.
The system enables highly precise and repeatable marking of printed circuit boards (PCBs) with excellent mark quality, including 1D/2D codes, alphanumeric characters and graphical elements. The implementation delivers strong process repeatability, stable marking parameters across production lots, and fine adjustment of process settings to match specific material types.
