At ILV, we have upgraded our AOI workstation, where automated optical inspection of assembled printed circuit boards takes place. The upgrade included the renewal of workbenches, which now better meet the requirements of daily inspection as well as work with sensitive electronic components.
The new workbenches are designed in full ESD version, including surface coating. They also provide better ergonomics, more storage space, practical features for everyday work, and a unified, modern look for the entire workstation.
The modernization of the AOI area supports a clearer and more comfortable inspection step in daily operation. For ILV, this is another incremental improvement of the production environment, building on our long-term focus on stable processes, quality, and reliable electronics manufacturing.
