SC TEST BOARDS

Overview

SC Test Board is couple of CPU Adapter and SCIO Peripheral Board. It is used for functional testing of Standard Core Software. The conception of test board with separated CPU and peripheral parts make possible to test software adapted for various CPU architectures. SCIO Peripheral Board contains all functional groups used in SC, such as CAN transceiver, K-line, LIN Bus, EEPROM, etc. The CPU adapter contains the CPU in socket, support circuits such as CPU clock generator, debug interface, etc.    The connection of basic SCIO Peripheral Boards to CPU Adapter Board is made through junction bridge J301-J201 and J302-J202. This integration is default connection. It is possible to modify this connection by wired jumpers.    It is possible to connect more than one CPU Adapter Board to emulate and test a multiprocessor system.
